ReliaSim is a purpose driven AI toolkit that allows users to rapidly create highly accurate models of high-speed, high-volume production operations using , , equipment and pre-built . Built upon a foundation of discrete rate simulation (DRS), the toolkit employs an ensemble of many disciplines including industrial engineering, statistics, simulation, optimization, machine learning, data analytics, and data visualization to deliver the best possible results.

ReliaSim is the fastest method available to analyze and predict manufacturing improvement opportunities through time in a world of random failures and uncertain operating conditions. It aggregates a collection of the best tools available to drive powerful experiments and tune any manufacturing operation to optimal conditions. It helps answer questions like:

  • What are the top improvement opportunities?

  • How much buffer capacity is needed to maximize throughput?

  • What is the effect on OEE of close-coupled machines?

  • Should machine rates be constant or vary across the operation?

  • What are the options to maximize production?

In addition to its manufacturing line specialty, ReliaSim can be used to solve a surprising variety of real-world problems that involve some sort of flow.
