The first experiment we will run is a single run for 100 days. This will simulate the line a single time.

Run the experiment by clicking on the Reports tab. This will connect you to the ChiAha server, where your model will be run. After running, you will have access to a variety of graphs and reports to help you see how the simulation played out.

On the summary page, you will be able to see the OEE for the system as well as the throughput, availability, and number of downtime events at each node.

In addition to the summary, you can view the flow rates of the constraints and the levels of the buffers in graphical form for the entire experiment timeline. Line event, constraint, and interrupt reports are also available for viewing and export. For example, here is the interrupt summary for this single run. It shows that the mold unsync interrupts had the highest number of occurrences.
