Adding the text from the previous Structure page into ReliaSim, will render the node view of the model:
Within the node view, you can check/set the buffer contents and capacities and set the constraint rates.
From the video we know a few pieces of information about the rates of the equipment:
The Roaster operates at a rate of 300 pounds per minute. We will set the downstream steps to the same rate for simplicity.
The Filling Station operates at 250 jars per minute. We will set the downstream steps to the same rate for simplicity.
